Payment Processing & Payout Details
HashMined has partnered with licensed payment processors for gaming platforms to handle affiliate commission payments.
PAYOUT SCHEDULE:
Affiliate commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days after the end of each calendar month, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $10 or equivalent in cryptocurrency.
FREE CLICK BONUSES DEFINITION:
Free Click Bonuses refer to promotional credits or rewards granted to users for participating in offers or ads. Affiliates earn 5% on revenue generated from advertiser payments tied to such bonuses.
Chargeback & Commission Reversals
CRITICAL COMPLIANCE PROVISION - AFFILIATE COMMISSION REVERSALS
You acknowledge that affiliate commissions may be reversed for:
a) Source Transaction Reversals: If the underlying earning that generated a commission is reversed, charged back, or deemed fraudulent, the associated commission will be immediately deducted from your affiliate balance.
b) Fraudulent Referrals: Commissions from users later determined to be fraudulent, using multiple accounts, or violating platform terms will be reversed.
c) Third-Party Reversals: When offer walls, video providers, or other third parties reverse payments to referred users, associated affiliate commissions are also reversed.
d) Chargeback Liability: You are liable for any affiliate commissions paid on transactions later charged back or reversed by payment processors.
e) Investigation Rights: We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity, freeze commission payments, and reverse fraudulent earnings pending resolution.
Reversal Process:
- • Automatic deduction from affiliate balance
- • Email notification of reversal with detailed reason
- • Right to appeal within 30 days with supporting documentation
- • Final decisions made at HashMined's sole discretion
- • Persistent fraudulent activity may result in legal action
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate program termination:
Referring yourself or family members
Creating multiple accounts to manipulate referrals
Unauthorized email marketing or deceptive practices
Bidding on HashMined's trademarked terms
FTC Compliance & Audit Rights
FTC COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT:
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with HashMined when promoting. Failure to comply with FTC or other jurisdictional disclosure rules may result in termination.
AUDIT & INSPECTION RIGHTS:
HashMined reserves the right to audit affiliate traffic and activity. Fraudulent, incentivized, or non-compliant traffic may result in reversal of commissions.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Greenville County, South Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
ARBITRATION CLAUSE: You waive the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit. All disputes must be resolved individually through arbitration.
